Our status changed to 'decision made' in ecas today!! So very excited. It also said that they had started processing the application on September 25th, so I have a feeling it will be positive, especially if there was only 4 days processing! :D

I had that same issue! There's a generic email you can use, rather than the case specific enquiry form. I used the email on Wednesday evening and had a reply on Friday morning. sydney-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

This may be a bit too late to help you, but I am a Canadian citizen currently living in NZ with my kiwi partner - I used my 2012-13 Option C printout so she should be fine to do that as well.
