    Why?, he do not need to. PR renewal and citizenship application does not require marriage certificate to be submitted and does not require the marriage date to be mentioned on the application. In addition his wife has PR already and do not need sponsorship from him. No need to re-marry here...

    Well, he told me that the one who advised him no to mention that he get married was the Canadian lawyer who processed their paper work !!. He was not even aware that this would take him off the application at the time of landing !! He was going to say the truth !!
