If you only look for a multiple entry visitor visa (not super visa), choose Visit Canada Temporarily for less than 6 months.

I applied TRV online for my mom on May 19, 2016. We received passport request earlier today, June 8, 2016. It looks like for online application, they stick with 21 days. wish you all the best luck.

I went ahead to do the upfront medical last week. The doctor was not able to find the IME on the system. That means I didn't receive MR. I have emailed CIC my UMI number. Hopefully they will get it soon and the file is moving soon. Wish everyone receive good news soon.

I am on BOWP. I applied TRV online on September 23, 2014. They requested passport on September 26, 2014. Passport was sent on September 30 by courier and I got it back on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Hope this will help.
