Hello, My application was closed on Feb 3rd but tracking still not activated.

Passport delivered on Jan 25. No e-mails yet, but main profile page shows status as Approved while the detailed page of the application still remains as before (final decision not started).

Is CIC shooting an email to let the applicant know about CAP has being reached or they just send your document back. I mean is there any type of notification when they send back us our application.
