U might be correct, then don't waste ur time, u can apply now immediately without second thought as it will take time.. good luck..

I suggest you to apply online application after 2 or 3 weeks.. so that, it is to track online application rather than paper application.. as per current process timings it will 50 to 60 days.. so apply after 2 or 3 weeks, u l be fine..

Contact your MRP, you should get some response in a week or so as 13 months completed already.. As of my observation couple of people got medicals after a week of completing 13 months.

Nowadays most of the doctors have e-medicals system..
