Yes it's normal. Before July the "Medicals received" used to be third line but it's now the 6th line. They have updated the criteria of information share on Ecas. U should be waiting for 6th line now.

That's the date when I did my Medicals, and while leaving receptionist said it will be automatically updated to Cic in 4 working days. I waited a week for Ecas update.. But nothing , then on 24th I called the receptionist and asked her did they update? Answer = no, will update in 2 days, called...
