Its s semester for me which i have 3 subjects in total for that semester. at the first attempt i passed 2 subjects.1 fail. In next attempt i cleared it ,where i get separate transcript for that single subject. Can u suggest me to send my application with out missing transcript?

proof of Funds : I am sending my application on coming monday. I deposited funds in my account today on my self. if i take a statement of this will it work! and also do i need to maintain the funds in my account till my application process is complete or can i keep withdrawing..!

Showing Proof of funds: I have a house which i brought a week back.It cost around 60,00000(INR).and i have 20,00000(INR) loan of it currently. Can i show this property as my proof of funds!. Is there any problem showing funds more than CAD 10000.!
