I received my 2nd ATIP yesterday. It says my file has been returned to RQ queue @ scarboro as Cic still has some concerns that were not addressed at interview. The issue , I believe, is that CIC are suspicious of certain candidates (for whatever reason) however they have exhausted their list...

I would like to add to the current discussion. If CIC has some suspicion of inconsistency, but the applicant has met all criteria, meaning residency requirement and security checks have been passed, then they face a conundrum. I believe they will hold the file until a date where they legally...

That sucks. There is absolutely no clue to be found about CIC internal process, almost seems to be random. Families, singles, RQ's , first in first out, no rhyme or reason. Just messy
