Hi thebeasts. where is her port of entry? what company is she will be working? May I ask what' s the reason why immigration did not give her work permit? I am asking because I am about to fly this end of may. So nervous. :(

hi I think one of the forum members here has the same situation as you. She's also holding a work permit that will expire on July. Her port of entry was in Vancouver. But she made through the immigration and allowed her to enter Canada. I hope this would lessen your worries. :D PS: May I ask...

It is given by the CIC ex: your application to work/study in canada has been approved! CIC will email it you or send it in letter. And then your passport with visa stamped will follow :)
