I would suggest reapply everything and attach a letter in which you justify yourself and ask them you have completed all documents there is no such valid reason to cancel my application .

Hi slar123... Just review your documents and see what is missing and re apply and put some money in your personal account tell me how much money you show to embassy from your sponser like from parents ...you know what I mean .Don't worry You will get it .

Yes I deposited my first semester fee and got rejection than as soon as I file my visa again and by the grace of almighty embassy accepted.

Metric inter degrees will be attested from Lahore board I dont know which board you are and your HEC will only attest your bachelors degree .HEC will cost 500 rs each and they charge more to seal the degree .which uni or college you are going to apply here ?.
