So...The VO called my husband this morning letting him know that they will mail his passport on tuesday because they did wanna send it today, but they are scared that it might get lost during the week-end and because monday is a holiday in Colombia so they are closed !! I can't believe how this...

I am with HuertDiaz here....My husband is from Cartagena and what we did, is give them a FedEx account number so they can use that to send it back. What I also think, like I told you guys, since we are from Cartagena ( far from the embassy ) they did NOT tell me in the email to pay for ANY...

hahaha no. In my email, they don't say nothing about Fedex, DHL or Servientrega. They only said we are now ready to issue your visa please send us your original passport and that they want to send us back all of our documents so I need to send them an email with an adress and a telephone...
