I recommend that you say right away in the beginning of the interview. I never wrote cover letter because I really dont believe in them hehe But I always said in the first phase of the process, when the HR is doing a preliminary screening process ... if it is not an issue, they will tell you ...

Well ... It is CIC .... But at least we are now waiting for the permit by mail, not aip anymore !!!

My letter doesnt have also a mention that they are processing an OWP for me. But I think they are for 2 reasons: 1) usually the standard letter says "... now you apply for a work permit or study permit" ... if ours dont have this info, I think it is because they are already processing them ...

It means that the phase 1 is over (decision made because you received AIP and the sponsor was approved). Now, we have to wait for a decision made in relation to the phase 2. Do you think they posted our work permit on Friday ?
