HI guys pls advise me.. I have work experience in Philippines as contractual. so we dont have tax no philhealth no SSS/GSIS.. --How can i get Proof of exemption??? Right now i am working in Oman as nurse.. But our admin wont give Certificate of employment ever and we dont have tax here...
