I called CIC today. They confirmed that they received my fingerprints and QA questionnaire and all documents. I asked if there was any issues with my application and he said no. So I am just going to be waiting.

My application went to in process and the document was mailed to my address. It is dated the same as the date it went to in process. I have 60 days from the date on the document to send it in. Fingerprints are 30 days.
