    I'm originally from Kiev, Ukraine living in Canada for few years. I agree with encantado. Situation in Ukraine is not as bad to make a refugee claim. You could use regular immigration programs to get to Canada like other people do.

    My case is even worse than yours guys. I got MR on Dec 16 and did my medicals on Jan 8. Doctor submitted results to CIC week after. Bot still no "medicals received", no PPR... My ECAS shows In-Process: We received your application for permanent residence on March 7, 2013. We started processing...
