Yeah, they updated the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking IMM 1344 as well. There may be more updated forms, but as far as I can tell those are the only updated ones that apply to our case.

So long as she didn't break any laws or overstay a visa I don't think she would be disqualified. The previous application may cause them to take a closer look at her super visa application but it shouldn't cause a denial on it's own.

The form I was referring to was the sponsor questionnaire in guide 3900, not the sponsored spouse/ partner questionnaire in guide 3999. The education information boxes in the forms are almost identical but the instructions in the different guides are worded differently.
