Guys FYI if you want to make DD in India it is very difficult to get DD in AED "Dhirams". Dubai police also accept US dollar DD Pls confirm the fee on Phone & then make the DD for PCC from UAE.

Why do u want to apply student visa??? if u have already applied for CSQ. I think there might be a problem if u do so, because u have to declare weather u have applied in Canadian visa earlier if u say yes. they will ask u why. And if u say no it will be the case of hiding information from them...
