    Was able to finally get my application number and check the tracker Background check shows as completed as of March 22, 2021. Language skills, physical presence and prohibitions shows as "In Progress".

    I never got an email for AOR (or any physical letter by mail). I only found out I got AOR through ecas. Does ecas update with test invite or should I call them to check on how they are doing with my application?

    They are 2 completely separate things. You can only sponsor a spouse if you are canadian/permanent resident of Canada
