just spoke to my agent he said people getting charged on 29th or 30th December are due to their NOC. Some cases they charge same NOC first than other NOC even they received after your application.

dont worry we will have some thing more good. might be good to stay in UK.

Second call to confirm where is my application. same answer returned on 6th March due to G cap reached. Argued my application was received on 29th Dec @ 9:36 so if G cap is reached why people getting charged even from 30th December or people from 29th December application delivered after 9:36...

my bad luck i m on side which is not pleasing... wasted all money for nothing.

Sorry if it affect anyone. I just wrote what agent said. Because i asked him some people got charged even when their applications received after me. He said no possibility if my application is returned due to global cap all applications received after me will be treated as same.

all i know he said about 29th December applications but don't know what is exactly going on as no official words from CIC. despite they start returning application on 6th march.

@ ceelogreen Sorry for harsh reply earlier as this really hurts . I have spoke to agent now and he confirmed all applications has been returned on 6th March due to global cap reached. Game Over for FSW 2014.

Dont worry Guys he is spreading misinformation. Reason 1: If overall cap is reached than they use word MI.. Global cap has been reached not saying we have x number of completed applications. We have seen this trend for CEC. So it is not overall cap reached. 2. one or two people can lie but not...

i am also from 1224 and it was quite same as less than 50 applicants for this NOC. wait for week or so you will hear good news

But i have seen aplicants received after me charged before me. No traces of my application. FIFO does not sees to be working in my case.

still don't know where is my application no record with CIC. Have not seen any one with 1224 charged recently. two people got charged from 29th December applicants but their application received after me. So even no charge there should be at least record of my application. Things with CIC are...
