Congrats! Yeah, when it shows "Complete", it means that your name is registered so you can apply right away. I am going to apply today. But, do I need to take copies of my IDs and then do they have to be signed by my guarantor?

Thank you, Hattoba. So, I called them and they verified that the Nov. 5th is the right date and the IRCC website is not updated with the recent ceremonies. Sounds like on both Nov. 4th and 5th there are going to be oath ceremonies in London!
