Aor feb 2021 Gcms note sent dec 8 2021, received note back a month later. Feb 26 2022 got a notice to submit additional document but i have to renew my pp. What happens if i miss the deadline?

yeah i did see that and option 2 is more relatable to me but its kinda confusing. i do have living parents and also an aunt who is a canadian citizen. can I still sponsor my sister or not?
