It depends on Visa Office, My application was received on November, it started processing on February. On my case it took 3 months to be IP.

I am also wondering about that, what I know is the same that federal only work on medical and police background check. Informations about company should be checked by province and if everything is ok you get the nomination certificate.

Yes, I already paid my RPRF and I also already sent my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). I believe nothing is left from my side so everything was forwarded to them.
