hi. Were you able to resolve this. I have a friend who is here on work permit and get kids aren’t able to go to school. They say apply for their visitor record. But I hear visitor record can get rejected. In this case the kid may have to go back while mom continues to stay here.

My Application was received on June 26. The e-cas has no update. CIC said to call back after a month or so. Any idea what the timelines are for ecas to be updated? Also, baby 2 is expected in 2 months. Do I need to call CIC and inform them?
