For me it was around 42 months for the second stage, therefore the average is around 42-44 months as of now. Hope you get an email for second round.

Leave it blank for now. That you will only able to find when you submit additional documents and then in second stage they forward your application to either CPP-Ottawa or to your local visa office.

You are welcome. yes they are only processing applications prior to May 2010. your turn should come soon. i am anticipating march/april should kick in another round of applicants. If you see the pattern last year, they had two rounds in 2013.
