Still no news. I haven't heard anyone received their oath for May and no schedule yet for Edmonton too on the cic website. I am hoping they'll send us the letter very soon.

Anyone got an invitation for oath-taking ceremony on May? anyone? ??? I called CIC yesterday and asked if a decision has been made regarding my application and the answer I got is "Positive result" which i think is a vague.

Overall, I would say Edmonton still has not picked-up from previous years' backlog, although FEW applications' timelines were reduced to less than 24 months but more are still waiting :(

The officer did not give me a date. She said just wait 2-4 month as they still need to verify some information. Congratulations to you!

What did the officer tell you during the interview? Did you have issues with your documents?

It took me a almost an hour from the start of the test until I finished my intervew. There were about 30 people who took the test. I think I was the 3rd person to finish the test. I doubt that it will take 2 hours for the entire process to finish.

Will this incident result to an RQ? Has anyone from Edmonton went through the same situation? If so, what happened afterwards? Thanks!
