Great, according to this article it’s 6-12 months from the time docs were submitted to Visa Office – not from the time your status changes into “In Process” , which makes awaiting time much shorter. I hope it will be same for Buffalo.

If someone had political asylum case denied in the US – does it have to be mentioned in question 9 of Schedule 1 Background / Declaration or Political Asylum is different from Refugee status? Could someone clarify it for me? Thank you.
