    flagpole process

you don't technically need a visa, if you're from a visa exempt country. If not, you'll also have to apply for a visa. You can go anyway I think. I went there to apply for a WP (LMIA) while being in a restoration period and I had no problem.

    LMIA application processing time?

The only thing you can do is to wait. Calling and emailing them is not going to expedite the process. I know it's hard for some people to believe but if it was the case then thousands of people would be calling them every day and the processing time would be even longer.

R10 completeness check( Express Entry) for BOWP

It's a completeness check. They basically gotta check if you've provided all necessary documents and if all that you sent them fits. If yes, then you've passed one of the many checks and you become eligible for a BOWP and your spouse (if you have one) for a SOWP. It usually takes 1-2 months for...

    BOWP and R10

It doesn't necessarily mean that your R10 is completed. Also, the processing time is around 30 days so you gotta wait.

What do you mean by "in-land" rules? We applied under CEC Inland and had BOWP & SOWP and we traveled at least 7 times out of Canada.
