if you try to link GCKey you need to choose PR card renew category. There is no PRTD option.

same here even 2 months. GCKey needs to fill in the place of birth but IRCC told me it is blank even though I filled in when submit the app. So I can not link the GCKey

just give you an update. I called and was told that the place of birth is empty which might be the root cause for link failed to GCKey. DO not know why it is empty though I filled in when submit the application. I have to create a tech ticket from webform. Hope they can fix it but the good news...
