As long as you are under implied status, meaning you can still legally work for the company, then it should be OK. It's if the new work permit doesn't come that there's chances your application might be rejected.

If you paid $1000 means that your application has been processed with new conditions, so shouldn't be returned for that reason. I'm thinking of studying or go somewhere else, don't really have a choice now...

Applied was mid june, before changes, noc 6661 in AB. They called my employer few days after, for routine identification questions, then a week or two after they asked him to repost advertisment and some papers more. It did not get rejected because something was wrong with wage or advertisment...

The lady representing AINP who came to my town to talk to us said between someone with 3 years experience in Canada and someone who has 1 year in Canada and 2 abroad, they will process the first person application before the second one. That's all I know
