Hahahah :) thank you for your suggestion. My hubby has done is medical exam before we send the application. So, all the requirement documents were included when we mailed our application. I will try to order the notes by the end of June.

It depends. Some people get AOR and SA the same day. Some get SA a day after receiving AOR...etc...for some people it takes a month (if their case is complicated. e.g. they have been recently getting welfare or other problems) In my case, I got SA 4 days after receiving my AOR. I will suggest...
