AoA, How does one get an invite to the session? I received a form, which I filled out and emailed back to IOM lady. But never heard back from her. Thanks.

AoA, I got my form for the Lahore session. Filled it out on MS Word and saved it. Attached it to the reply email and sent it. There is no signature required, so no need for printouts. Anyway, open the file in MS Word and just fill it out. Hope that helps.

AoA, Yes, that was my whole point. The minimum requirement is the bio page. As long as we fulfill that requirement, we should be OK. If it wasn't for the mullahs' antics, there would be no separate signature page, just for the religion mention. Maybe the Canadians understand that :) Thanks.
