Wow! I can simply imagine that many curriers will wait before 8am next year and CAP will be reached within 1 or 2 hours. As long as I live in Vancouver, no hope for next year neither. It gotta be changed.....

Yes, there's one forum member, his/her CC was charged today. Mine hasn't... I was told by Canada Post that there was only one delivery on Jan 5th so i assume that all ours were delivered at same time. but it also means that hundreds are delivered at same time.

Just for your info, mine was received on Jan 21, 2014 and returned sometime in April 2014.

Once I called Canada Post, They offer refund due to no scan but they're sure that it was delivered on Jan5th. Mine was also the priority mail but they haven't change my tracking yet. Anyway, it's not a big deal.
