Passport equestrian letter received late from Singapore visa office.

@topmou. That sucks! Why didn't they just send you the passport request in an email. The MP's correspondence with SVO should definitely help. Also sending an email with URGENT in the subject line is an excellent idea. Did the letter specifically tell you to send the passport to VFS in Sylhet? I...

My wife's application went to 'In Progress' in early March. Still no mail or email about PPR. We are from Bangladesh. Is PPR always by mail instead of email? Congrats Dream1429.

Thanks Mirjahan. ECAS continues to show application received. I will order the notes as soon as I get the consent. On the contrary I declared it right away that we are cousins. Was 100 % truthful in the application. So hopefully the interview should be positive.

Yeah that's good advice. I am not sure about 6 to 8 months - but definitely once a year. Plus the logs, pics etc.

Thanks Diyabrar. Since our case is genuine I am very hopeful. As long as the interview is fair - nothing to worry I guess. Only issue is the damned waiting time.

Hello Canoyon, You are probably right. However I honestly thought that after truthfully explaining everything -there should not be any doubt. After all there is no law that forbids me from falling in love with and marrying my cousin. Hopefully the interview will clear everything.

So I have heard. But its worth a try. A fair interview does not bother me as such - but why so long of a wait? My wife would gladly go to Singapore for the interview if it means that it would be faster. Here we were planning for our life, starting a family, having kids - and then this bad news...

Hello Diyabrar, Sorry my bad. I mean the status still shows "Application Received". I really don't understand why the necessity of an interview. But my biggest concern is that we have to wait another 24 months? Does it really take this long? Also does my wife have to sign and scan email the...
