Hi Comix, If you are from a Visa exempt country, then your passport will not be requested since you don't need a Visa to enter Canada hence the reason for getting only the RPRF.I think this might be the reason in your case.Where are you from if i may ask?

Yes ur right.The numbers on the CIC website is not a true representation of the applications that's been processed as at present.The numbers are updated fortnightly which explains the variance.One can only hope and pray!....As they say "without hope,then all is gone".
