my NOC 2131 filed on-08/05/2014 PER on- 13/08/2014 Processing started (second line update) on- 22/09/2014 No news of MR so far :(

Thanks for ur reply but situation is really tense as most of June and May application had already got MR from NDVO.

I was born in Dubai but came to India when I was just One year old and never been out of county since then but my current job is Government job ... Can this be reason for delay ..? :(
