Why is that every summer cic processing time line increases for every application... By mid fall it should be going fast again.. They scream of backlogs but systematically they are the one creating the backlog...prioritizing applications would surely leave the other slacking!...im just saying.

For sure!! You have to let them know or else your child wont be listed on the copr. It also help in application decision making.
