    Update on my application...file transferred to local office (Scarborough) at the end of Jan., '14. Was also informed that the local office schedules test, at the most, in 9 months' time.

    Not necessarily...for what I've read on this forum, some files have gotten transferred within a couple of months...depends on where you are applying from.
