Legal challenge of Bill C-24 (Org. Text)

Thanks a lot. I am very much anti the Conservatives, and in particular anti this Bill. I believe that as a consequential step, once Rocco's case is successful, is to challenge the revocation of Canadian citizens who are born abroad.

    Vancouver Applicants

Congratulations once again new fellow Canadian. The Conservatives want our votes on the coming elections, and that is why they are solving the backlog in the immigration file. They are doing so when they, at the same time, made the worst immigration laws ever!

    Vancouver Applicants

So you are a Vancouver applicant, and for some reason CIC transferred your file to Calgary office that invited you to a test and oath in the same day in Vancouver. Is that right?!

    school record

I was in the same dilemma, and then I decided to ignore that non-sense request! Many, if not most, provinces do not have their health card with photo! Same applies to school reports. In my 3 children' cases, I just put photocopy of their passports, and even one of them did not have her photo on...

    To those who became citizens

Hello fellow citizens: I am proud to have been naturalized to become a new Canadian. I love this country and I work hard to participate in building it. I lived and worked in 5 other countries, mostly 1st world ones. I see that Canada of Harper is not Canada that we all loved and that Canadians...

    Unusual situation...seniors please help!

I think you are overthinking the situation. If I was him, I would not mention the Saudi job since there is no need to mention it. You can easily be employed and doing other job at the same time. You are not reporting to CRA here. There is no lie in his application!

I waited three business days as this is what we were told during the oath. I took my oath on Monday and I submitted the applications on Friday.

Degree from Pakistan as a language proof ....will it be accepted by CIC ?

I have a PhD degree from a well reputable UK university in a full time study, and I wrote it as a proof of language as well as an IELTS exam that I took when I immigrated to Canada in 2008. When I requested the ATIP notes, I found that they wrote the IELTS as the language evidence.
