I did. I posted about it earlier. I got my application back and CIC's letter didn't indicate what I was missing. Later I found out I missed one form. So I sent spplications back with the complete form.

I was able to submit it early since my mom is here with a super visa. However, I rushed too much and missed one form, so my app was returned. I think there are a lot of people out there who made mistakes like me as per the article on Jan. 20, also, I feel a little bit guilty that I delayed...

I filled out the missing form and sent the whole application package on Jan. 17 via Fedex and it arrived Jan. 20 at 11am. Fingers crossed. Thanks to Scorpion and PS_4 for your help.
