They didn't even ask for it at my test. Just told everyone to make sure to bring to oath. Then at the oath they didn't even ask for it.

Took oath on Weds. Funnily the judge was also originally from England. Happy it's all finally done. Good luck to all still waiting, hang in there.

Had my rescheduled test today in Scarborough. Passed. Interview was very quick. Flicked through my passports and was basically done.

Are you sure? On my test invite it specifically lists PR card in the two pieces of id section.

Just got the email for citizenship test on Feb 12th at Scarborough. App rec Feb 28th. In process since may 10th.

Nope, nothing. Very vanilla application. Been here since 2011. No need for language test etc.

Woah can't believe it's taken them this long. I had similar dates to you, got AIP early Feb and DM two weeks later. Landed in March and received PR card this week. Did they request additional docs from you?

Yeah this is what I was getting at. Think in your previous post there was a typo that stated that you do get "implied visitor status". Pretty certain that those on IEC should be applying for a visitor visa. If for nothing else than being on the safe side of CIC.

Are you sure about "implied visitor status"? I only ask because I applied for a visitor visa at the end of my IEC in order to maintain status. Was under the impression that it states in the guidelines that you need maintain your status and a pr app does not give you status.
