Today i got call from Canada embassy Chandigarh for Quebec Selection Certificate, they told me to send it by their FAX at Chandigarh embassy, thank God, it means at least they picked my application file, but i'm little confused to hear that my file is at Chandigarh embassy instead of NDVO, guys...
