Hello again. Was anyone able to contact CIC via phone to get an update on their application status? When I tried it today on the final step automated system tells me to press "0" to speak to the agent but after I press this button I receive a message something like "you pressed a wrong button".

Hello guys! I applied to FSWP on September 23 (application received by CIC) and still didn't receive any reply from CIC. NOC 2147. How I can check on my application status? Will they notify me via e-mail in case if they rejected my application?
