5/26/14 - A decision has been made on *wife's name*'s application. The office will contact *wife name* concerning this decision. 5/26/14 - Passport request received via email. 5/26/14 - Passport submitted. :) Just waiting for the visa now!

We got an email requesting the passport, and my wife went and submitted her passport today. Our application status states decision made. :D :D :D Finally!
