Express Entry rejected for reason not my fault---Please help

I believe your application is returned as incomplete. You can get your application fee back too. So you don't need to answer yes for refused. (Even it is refused, you don't need to worry because the reason is nothing serious. My wife's visitor visa was refused while waiting for PR visa. She got...

Express Entry rejected for reason not my fault---Please help

Bro, I understand your feeling. Now you have done what you could. So just wait for the response. At the same time, you can wait for the next draw. This is something you will need to live with in Canada (not just with IRCC)...

Express Entry rejected for reason not my fault---Please help

I believe uploading that LOE is needed to remind the officer about it and they did mention it on the website. So it is kind of your fault and it was up to the officer to reject it or not. I think you did the right thing about the webform. Reconsideration is possible. Don't lose hope just yet.

Asking this for a friend sponsoring his wife - where did they send your police certificate to (HKVO or CPC or other)? Do you have to wait for the request letter from IRCC or your application confirmation is good enough when you go to HKP HQ? Thanks guys.

    Money to Canada?

You can take as much as you want. You only need to declare it if you have more 10k in CAD or equivalent. (Declaration has nothing to do with allowance and there is no allowance)

PPR - Visa needed for applicant, eTA for spouse

Judging for the PPR, I would say ...2 is the right choice. Send your original passport and a photocopy of your spouse's passport

Travelling by plane after PR without a PR card?

I'm sure they will check the eTA as it is a regulation for flying back to Canada. Looks like your are in BC now. Probably better to fly to Seattle and take a bus home for the moment.
