To be honest I NEVER called CIC even once! The only thing I ever did was change address which I did online! I don't trust a random call centre agent to look thru files and give me an update. Just hang in there and hope for the best! Good luck

I'm very curious to know how CIC judges in these situations. Would they require further documentation a if they feel suspicious of undeclared exits/entries and to verify residency requirements with more scrutiny because this will draw a flag

If you did u did the test then u also went thru the interview. From the likes of my experience on Jan 30 (I was also RQed) it seemed they already checked through my RQ. All CO did was verify my exits/entries off of my passport. Cheers

Don't waste your money - just check with passport Canada. No need for a lawyer - he's Canadian he has the right to find out where is passport is :)
