Nope. When my ecas changed to IP my first medical hadn't expired yet...but it expired 2 months ago now so I have no idea whats going on.

I've been in IP for 4 months :/ .... is this normal?

yeah sure. So I applied late october 2013 and they received my application on Nov, 4, 2013. Then Nov, 29, 2013 I received an AOR.

I know 2 people who applied in 2011 and are still waiting...so I guess it hasn't been as helpful for them yet.

Yes, thats correct. My ecas changed to in process in July 2014, however at that time my first medical had not expired, so I wasn't worried. Now, however, my medical expired on Oct 15th. Which is why I really thought I would get a remed this month. So we are both waiting to hear about a remed then.
