Hi, basically my question is, am I allowed to work in Canada while studying? The program that I will be taking is an academic upgrading course which includes: Pure math, Pure physics, Pure chemistry and English? The program is 14 months long.

Like you say its a very costly process, we have applied 4 times and been rejected for silly reasons so thats why i decided i will apply for a study permit instead.

Can you actually get more than a 6 month extension? Just wondering because I need it extended by 26th nov and the courses start in january and end in april. And I do not want to go home as I'd like to be here during the christmas and be with my girlfriend / her parents.
