In my understanding regarding the 40months for the step one is 40 months is the time for you to comply all the req. Needed or lacking req.of an applicant, and it maybe vary if you are on the priority list like Nurses if you pass the complete requirements maybe you dont need to wait for 40 months...

Sir/ Mam Meron na po ba dito na nakarecv na ng letter na for interview cla dis coming Sept 29 to oct 10 2014 sa Cebu Philippines. Kung maron pwde mo malaman ung timeline nyu salamat ng marami.

I sent my application Feb 10 2014 then they opened it April 25 2014 I receved the hard copy of the letter with reference number May 24 2014,.. And im waiting for the next letter according to my Consultancy.. I hope and i pray for the best for all of us.
