My 2 cents-- If your parents are here on a supervisa, I think they would most likely not request for another set to be redone and accept the current one--specially if the applicants have no ongoing medical issues. If they were back home though, they might request for certain tests to be redone...

I think you should be hearing from them soon. Your parents can do the medicals anywhere, as long as it's with an approved panel physician. See my timeline in my previous post. Good luck.

I got approved as a sponsor already. This is for the PR leg for my parents. I already paid RPRF, etc submitted police clearances and medicals in Sep. It was requested from me in Aug by CPC Ottawa You can be proactive and prepare to have your pcc and medicals..BUT wait for them to request it.

Honestly, since 2014 applications are still within the processing time, all we can do is wait. Good for those whose parents already landed, regardless of year. However, they can definitely improve their system to truly reflect FIFO.
