guys this might be a stupid question but I a little paranoid here.... so once the passport has the visa stamped on it, that person is allowed entry to Canada right? the email confused me by saying "we need your passport and the documents listed below in order to make A FINAL DECISION" ?!

Does anyone know about the embassy in Ankara regarding in person submission for passport, for example the time it takes it tells in the email the next afternoon , but only they accept passport submissions in person on Mondays and Wednesdays... so if I give it the morning of Monday that means...

They should send email on every ecas update , I check mine every week it gets very annoying.. even if it costs the VO a minute or $5 I think it's obvious everyone's is ok with that, that's something they should really improve on.
